As part of the Site’s functionality, you may link your account with online accounts held with third-party service providers (each, a “Third-Party Account”). This linkage can be achieved by providing your Third-Party Account login information through the Site or granting us access to your Third-Party Account, as allowed by the governing terms and conditions for the use of each Third-Party Account.
By linking your account with Third-Party Accounts, you confirm that:
You have the right to disclose your Third-Party Account login information to us and allow us to access your Third-Party Account without breaching the terms and conditions of your Third-Party Account’s usage.
You are not obligating us to pay any fees or subjecting us to any usage limitations imposed by the third-party service provider of the Third-Party Account.
We may access, make available, and store any content you’ve provided and stored in your Third-Party Account, including friend lists. We may also submit and receive additional information from your Third-Party Account, based on your notification when linking your account with the Third-Party Account.
Depending on your choices regarding Third-Party Accounts and their privacy settings, personally identifiable information you post to your Third-Party Accounts may be accessible via your Site account. If a Third-Party Account becomes unavailable or our access to it is terminated by the third-party service provider, the Social Network Content may no longer be accessible via the Site. You can deactivate the connection between your Site account and Third-Party Accounts at any time.
Please note that your relationship with the third-party service providers associated with your third-party accounts is governed solely by your agreement(s) with such third-party service providers.
We do not review Social Network Content for accuracy, legality, or non-infringement. We are not responsible for any Social Network Content. By linking your account with Third-Party Accounts, you agree to allow us to access your email address book associated with a Third-Party Account and your contacts list stored on your mobile device or tablet computer for the purpose of identifying and informing you of contacts who have also registered to use the Site.
You have the ability to disable the connection between your Site account and Third-Party Accounts at any time.
